They call it the Foam Factory.

Luke calls it "Balls." It's pretty much a huge three story cage filled with balls and vacuums and screaming kids and ball-shooting guns and ball-dumping baskets. Luke spent his time dutifully sucking as many balls as he could up to the huge dumpsters on the third floor. After the dumpsters were full, alarms would sound and they'd dump the balls out all over the kids. While most kids took this opportunity to stand beneath the waterfall of balls, Luke simply got annoyed and started feeding the vacuums all over again.
